Once you have submitted your enquiry (HELP ME NOW button) the following process is applied:
You will receive a telephone call in order for us to acknowledge your enquiry and seek any further information. If applicable, you will be offered an initial meeting at this stage.
Initial meeting
A free initial meeting between you and our corporate finance partners can be held at any location in the UK. Prior to this meeting, we will have often already completed some research about business sales in your sector and other information which you may find useful.
This initial meeting typically lasts two hours, during which we would like to understand more about what you are seeking to achieve and present you with more detail on our credentials and how we would approach the sale of your business.
Follow up meeting
Assuming all parties agree, a further meeting will be scheduled during which you will be presented with a contractual agreement to engage our corporate finance partners to sell your business.
Mandate to sell
Once you have decided to appoint us and use our expertise to sell your business, the contractual agreement referred to above should be signed by all parties and an initial retainer fee is due. This agreement clearly lays out working terms and the success fee due to our corporate finance partners upon completion of your sale.
